Dorian Joel Carcamo Cordova, 38, of Cairo, was arrested April 26 at 8:45 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Cordova was issued an appearance ticket.
Thomas Motzer Jr., 44, of Saugerties, was arrested April 27 at 12:28 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Motzer was issued an appearance ticket.
Michael Dauphin, 31, of Elka Park, was arrested April 27 at 2:05 a.m. in Hunter and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/cocaine, both class D felonies; tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; and resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Dauphin was held with no bail.
Amadou Diallo, 29, of Houston, Texas, was arrested April 27 at 10:05 p.m. in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class E felony, and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors. Diallo was held with no bail.
Nathaniel Howard, 27, of Germantown, was arrested April 28 at 12:10 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, both class B felonies; second-degree criminal possession of a weapon/loaded firearm and criminal possession of a weapon/loaded firearm in a location other than a person’s home or business, both class C felonies; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon/ammunition feeding device, both class D felonies; criminal possession of a firearm and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property/firearms, both class E felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Howard was transported to central arraignment.
Jason Saulpaugh, 47, of Carthage, North Carolina, was arrested April 28 at 11:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Saulpaugh’s arrest status was not reported.
Natalie Nicole Westfall, 22, of Catskill, was arrested April 29 at 1:04 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Westfall was issued an appearance ticket.
Dwane Edward Legg, 63, of Tannersville, was arrested April 29 at 12:25 p.m. in Hunter and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. Legg was released on his own recognizance.
Thomas Helou, 49, of Freehold, was arrested May 2 at 12:04 a.m. in Greenville and charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and aggravated family offense, both class E felonies, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors. Helou was issued cash bail in the amount of $5,000.
Tatiana Armstrong, 23, of Coxsackie, was arrested May 1 at 10:19 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Armstrong was issued an appearance ticket.
Janet Phillips, 58, of Freehold, was arrested May 2 at 12:28 a.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Phillips was issued an appearance ticket.
